Welcome to the Lakes of Nicholas This is the community page for the Lakes of Nicholas Subdivision in Southaven, Mississippi. - Association Meetings - Meetings of the Homeowner’s Association are held periodically to apprise members of actions taken by the Board, financial reports and other items of interest. We will announce future meetings here. We will also post a meeting announcement board at the each entrance to the subdivision. Meetings are held at Getwell Methodist Church located at 7875 Getwell Road at 6:30 p.m. Future meetings: July __, 2010 – General Meeting - The meeting has not been schedule as of today. January 26^th, 2010 – 6:30 p.m. – Annual Meeting – The 2010 was presented to the homeowners that attended the meetings.
