Welcome to the Lakes of Nicholas This is the community page for the Lakes of Nicholas Subdivision in Southaven, Mississippi. Restrictive Covenants Covenants Amended Covenants It is of note that the subdivision is comprised of Sections A-J each section having its own covenants and restrictions based upon a core document. The primary difference is a change to allowable square footage of residences built in each section. In each set of covenants, The Lakes of Nicholas Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is assigned the power to administer and enforce covenants and restrictions, and collecting and disbursing the assessments and charges for the common interest of property owners in the Lakes of Nicholas as a whole.
