Architectural
Control
To preserve an aesthetically pleasing
exterior appearance of properties within the Lakes of Nicholas, Restrictive
Covenants and Restrictions Article VI provides that certain changes to the
exterior of your home or property that occur after closing may be subject
to architectural review by the Architectural Control Committee.
Prior to undertaking any projects such as new
construction of buildings, fences and alterations, additions or
improvements of any residence or property, approval must be obtained from
the Architectural Control Committee.
While the majority of requests have been
conforming, to prevent any unintended violations of covenants, send all

Failure to do so may result in the lawful removal
of any nonconforming change.
