Welcome to the Lakes of Nicholas This is the community page for the Lakes of Nicholas Subdivision in Southaven, Mississippi. * 2009 - The HOA has installed the first section of the walking track around the lake. As funding permits, the HOA will construct a bridge over the spillway and complete the track around the lake. The HOA has purchased a commercial play set for installation on the northwest corner of the common lake area. Installation of the set is postponed due to the recent rains and cold weather. Track * July 2008 - In response to the fire at 1497 Lindsey Lane a Relief Fund has been set up at Regions Bank 969 Goodman Road. Contact Regions Bank – Relief Fund for Kim Finney * On June 1, 2008, the Association voted to authorize a special assessment of $75.00 to defray special operating expenses. The assessment is due July 1, 2008. * The association voted not to raise the annual cap to $299.00.
