Welcome to the Lakes of Nicholas This is the community page for the Lakes of Nicholas Subdivision in Southaven, Mississippi. Lakes of Nicholas Homeowners Association P.O. Box 1853 Southaven, MS 38671 - About Us - The Lakes of Nicholas consists of the Lakes of Nicholas and the Enclave at the Lakes of Nicholas. To date, the subdivision is comprised of approximately 170 single family homes governed by restrictive covenants. The Lakes of Nicholas Homeowner’s Association is a Mississippi non-profit corporation incorporated on March 4, 2003. Subdivision plat maps are available at the DeSoto County Tax Assessor Website. DeSoto County Subdivision Records The subdivision may be accessed from the south by the taking Starlanding Road east from Swinnea Road or west from Getwell Road.
