"Pursuant to the governing bylaws of
the Lakes of Nicholas a nominating committee will be named to field
candidates to replace Edd Peyton as a member of the Board of Directors, his
term having expired as of the January meeting. If you are
interested in serving on the board or in any other capacity
please contact Board Member Billy Fields.
Once a slate of candidates is selected, the Board will mail notice to the
residents of the time and location of a special meeting held for the
purpose of electing a board member to a three year
term."
